5. User Responsibilities | उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ

Users agree that they will not:

Make false income claims or misleading promises

Misuse company name, logo, or content

Violate applicable laws or company policies

It is mandatory to attend the meeting daily to gain educational knowledge and other information.

The User shall not spread false propaganda, misinformation about the System and shall not defame Geomax Global Tech Pvt. Ltd.

If your income at GeoMaxx Global Tech. Pvt. Ltd. is 5 times or more, you cannot promote any other MLM/networking company. If you do this, your account will be closed without any prior notice.

If you share your ID password, transaction password, or OTP with anyone, you will be held responsible if your ID is unlocked, changed, funds are transferred from your ID, or lost. The system will not be responsible for this.

If you promote any other company to any GeoMaxx Global Tech Pvt Ltd users or leaders, your ID will be terminated without any notice.

If your referral or team member claims a refund for the payment, the paid funds/amount will be withdrawn.

If your referral claims a refund, it is the sponsor's responsibility to transfer that educational enrollment ID to another person as soon as possible.

In this system, the dollar ($) is used solely for calculation purposes, where 1$ = 90₹ (Indian Rupees). All transactions will be in INR/₹ (Indian currency).

उपयोगकर्ता को सिस्टम के बारे में झूठा प्रचार, गलत सूचना नहीं फैलाना और जियोमैक्स ग्लोबल टेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को बदनाम नहीं करेगा।

 यदि जियो मैक्स ग्लोबल टेक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में आपकी आय 5 गुना या उससे अधिक है, तो आप किसी अन्य MLM/ नेटवर्किंग कंपनी का प्रचार नहीं कर सकते। अगर आप ऐसा करते हैं, तो आपका अकाउंट बिना किसी पहले नोटिस के बंद कर दिया जाएगा।

यदि आप अपना आईडी पासवर्ड, लेनदेन पासवर्ड या ओटीपी किसी के साथ साझा करते हैं, तो आपकी आईडी अनलॉक होने, उसमें बदलाव होने, उससे धनराशि स्थानांतरित होने या खो जाने की स्थिति में आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे। सिस्टम इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

यदि आप GeoMaxx Global Tech Pvt Ltd के किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता या लीडर के सामने किसी अन्य कंपनी का प्रचार करते हैं, तो आपकी आईडी बिना किसी सूचना के समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।

यदि आपका रेफरल या टीम से रिफंड पेमेंट के लिए क्लेम करता है तो भुगतान किया हुआ फंड/अमाउंट वापिस ले लिया जाएगा।

अगर आपका रेफरल धन वापसी का दावा करता है, तो स्पॉन्सर की ज़िम्मेदारी है कि वह जल्द से जल्द उस शैक्षिक नामांकित ID को किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को ट्रांसफर करवाये।

इस सिस्टम में, डॉलर ($) का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ़ कैलकुलेशन के लिए किया जाता है, जहाँ 1$ = 90₹ (भारतीय रुपये)। सभी ट्रांजैक्शन INR/₹ (भारतीय करेंसी) में होंगे।

6. Account Suspension or Termination | अकाउंट निलंबन या समाप्ति

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms, without prior notice. Any pending bonuses or commissions may be cancelled.

The user has started or used the services

Refund is requested based on income expectations

Account suspension or termination due to misconduct

After 3 days of buy rducational package.

निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा:

कोर्स या डिजिटल कंटेंट का एक्सेस मिल चुका हो

उपयोगकर्ता ने सेवा का उपयोग शुरू कर दिया हो

आय की अपेक्षा के आधार पर रिफंड माँगा गया हो

नियम एवं शर्तों या कंपनी नीति का उल्लंघन

गलत गतिविधि के कारण अकाउंट सस्पेंड या बंद किया गया हो

शिक्षा पैकेज खरीदने के 3 दिनों के बाद 

3. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable) | रिफंड की पात्रता (यदि लागू हो)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment made by mistake

Technical error from the company’s side where service access was not provided

केवल निम्न स्थितियों में रिफंड पर विचार किया जा सकता है:

गलती से डुप्लीकेट भुगतान हो गया हो

कंपनी की तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण सेवा एक्सेस न मिला हो

4. Refund Request Process | रिफंड अनुरोध प्रक्रिया

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of payment.

Valid payment proof and registered account details are required.

Requests must be made through official support channels only.

भुगतान की तारीख से 3 दिवसों के भीतर रिफंड अनुरोध करना होगा।

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Admin charges (15%) + Processing charges (5%) will be deducted
